All sponsors may request that their name and logo be included in the conference materials by sponsorship category. All sponsors will automatically be included in a general list of sponsors unless they request their name to be withheld. Any individual or organization that has otherwise sponsored this year’s Symposium may also request a vendor booth space. All vendor registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendor registration requests must be in writing and submitted along with sponsorship funding.
1. An Honorable Harvest Sponsorship – This sponsorship category recognizes that some individuals and organizations may have a desire to assist in meeting the needs of the Symposium in ways that are not confined to financial assistance. A contribution in this category will be utilized for specific areas of need such as produce, labor, entertainment, etc.
2. Planting the Seeds Sponsorship – This sponsorship category recognizes that some individuals and organizations may be interested in making a financial contribution to the Symposium in amounts less than $1000. A contribution in this category will be utilized to help Symposium related costs like equipment and space rental.
3. Life-Source Sponsorship – This sponsorship category recognizes that some individuals and organizations may be able to assist with meeting moderate financial needs of the Symposium. A contribution in this category of $1000 – $5000 will be utilized for Symposium related costs like travel and accommodations support for Symposium presenters and demonstrators.
4. Living in Abundance Sponsorship – This sponsorship category recognizes that some individuals and organizations may have greater financial capacity than others to assist in meeting the needs of the Symposium. A contribution in this category of $5000+ will be utilized for general Symposium support.
5. Sharing the Gift Sponsorship- Any individual or organization may also prepay for a specific number of registrations for the Symposium. All prepaid registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prepaid registrations must be accompanied by a list of all registrants. Note that onsite registration may be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions.
